About Us

Xanadu IV
Xanadu IV is a 1981 Pearson 424 Ketch, hull #134 of 225. We purchased her in 2006 at Newberryport MA and had her trucked to Port Credit ON and started a long slow refit on her while living aboard year round. We are the third owners and she has always been Xanadu until we registered her in Canada where she became Xanadu IV. We are Jack and Linda, our plan is to finish refitting by 2012, retire and head out the St. Lawerance, explore the Maritimes then continue south to warmer climates.
